Overview
Circular parts need accurate cutting and rolling so they fit the equipment they go into. We profile-cut, roll and weld round grates, rings and segmented assemblies, and trial-fit them in the workshop before dispatch.
What we build
Round grates
Bar-type circular grates, one-piece or split, with optional bolted access panels.
Segmented liner rings
Rings with replaceable wear or liner segments, numbered for site assembly.
Partitioned rings
Single and double rings with radial divider plates and cones.
Concentric ring frames
Rolled rings and pipe rings braced on radial arms.
